How is your food served?

Zesty meals are served family-style. Our program is built to encourage building strong office communities, and we believe that serving in this manner allows for more interactions between team members.

How does payment work?

Payment is typically made on a weekly basis, through direct-deposit or credit card.

How often do I need to order?

Our program is best represented when used frequently, so we do encourage regular orders, but we do not have a minimum frequency.

Do you have order minimums?

Typically we find that our program works best for offices with between 30-500 employees.  Wondering if it would work for your office?  Reach out to our team here.

How much does it cost?

We work with clients who have varying budgets. Our team of experts works with each individual client to put together a program that is tailored to their team’s needs.  Reach out here to get a quote!

Do you do boxed or individual meals?

We do not currently offer boxed or individual meals for full teams. Our restaurant partners are able to put together a wide variety of interactive service models, which allows for each person to make their own customized meal.

What happens to leftover food?

Zesty uses proprietary technology to ensure that we are ordering the right amount of food, and adjusting that on an ongoing basis. That said, we know there will sometimes be leftover food.  We’ve partnered with an amazing company called Copia who donates food to local non-profits.

How is your food delivered?

Our service is comprehensive, with end-to-end logistics management handled in-house. Our team of Catering Captains pick up the food at the restaurant, deliver to the client, take care of set-up, and in many cases clean up as well!  See more about our service on our homepage.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our meals are curated by a team of registered Dietitians, and we accommodate the top  8 food allergies. Learn more here.

Do you serve food on weekends?

Our regular meal program is set up for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour Monday-Friday.  On occasion we are able to accommodate weekend meals. Want to learn more? Click here.

Can you do house parties or private events?

At this time we do not do private events.

Can I change my headcount?

Is there a contract?
